01 · INDUSTRIAL PROTECTION PARTS
Use this checklist for caps, plugs, thread protectors, grommets, cable protection, tube inserts, silicone masking, rubber feet and custom molded parts.
Include:
• Application and mating component
• Material: PE, PP, nylon, PVC, silicone, EPDM or required equivalent
• Critical dimensions, tolerance, thread standard and drawing
• Temperature, chemical, UV and indoor/outdoor exposure
• Color, finish, packaging, annual volume and MOQ
• Compliance or test requirements
Best evidence to request: tooling ownership, dimension report, material declaration, sample photos and production-process confirmation.
02 · PET PRODUCTS
Priority categories: dryers and grooming tools; fountains and replacement filters; travel carriers and safety products; smart-device accessories.
Include:
• Target animal size and product use
• Material, capacity, power/voltage, plug and noise target
• Replaceable parts and filter lifecycle
• Safety, food-contact or market compliance
• Branding, packaging, instructions and spare-parts plan
• Trial quantity and expected reorder volume
Best evidence to request: certification scope, sample video, component list, packaging test and warranty terms.
03 · THERMAL & LABEL PRINTING
Focus on shipping label printers, desktop barcode printers, portable/mobile units, embedded modules, mechanisms, boards, cutters, labels/media and OEM/ODM.
Include:
• Print method, width, resolution and speed
• USB, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Ethernet or serial connectivity
• Supported languages, SDKs and operating systems
• Label/media dimensions, roll capacity and cutter requirements
• Power, battery, enclosure, branding and packaging
• Driver support, test report, warranty and spare parts
Best evidence to request: demo print, SDK/driver list, life-cycle testing, compatible media and component availability.
SUPPLIER SCREENING CHECKLIST
Before comparing prices, confirm:

✓ Product-fit evidence on public pages or documents
✓ Legal company name, factory address and reachable business contact
✓ Which specifications are confirmed versus assumed
✓ Sample lead time, production lead time and capacity
✓ Tooling, mold and customization ownership
✓ Quality-control checkpoints and traceability
✓ Export market, certifications and validity
✓ Commercial terms, exclusions and after-sales responsibility
